Direct Solutions - Account Executive 




The Account Executive for Direct Solutions is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing customers, and actively seeking sales opportunities from prospective customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer journey and ensure our customers find success with Syniti. 



  • You will manage the entire sales process, leveraging a value-based selling methodology to close new business opportunities and expand existing accounts 
  • Manage an existing book of business consistently securing renewal opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly goals 
  • Drive pipeline development through a combination of channels including phone, email, and social media 
  • Recruit and enable strategic partners to position and resell Syniti solutions to their customers  
  • Keep up to date with accurate customer and pipeline data. 
  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts. 
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular outreach and engagement 
  • Managing a sales process in a virtual environment 



  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, selling software or technology is a plus 
  • Proven success and history of meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level  
  • Experience with is a plus 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • An independent worker who can leverage the Syniti team/resources to drive a sales successful sales process
