This is a fixed-term role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will support all aspects of marketing in the EMEA region. The EMEA Marketing Team is accountable for supporting Syniti’s aggressive revenue growth and customer retention targets.  You will help support the collaboration among regional marketing teams to develop and execute omni-channel demand, create pipeline, manage pipeline conversion and enable sales success.

The EMEA marketing team works with a diverse team of global marketers which help support thought leadership, demand generation for direct sales and channel, as well as customer engagement, retention and add-on revenue.



  • Provide support on regional initiatives and campaigns across all routes to market
  • Undertake market research projects as appropriate including trends, competition and market opportunity
  • Support the organization and execution of both online and face to face events
  • Manage website lead enquiries into the business, researching as appropriate and designating to the relevant Syniti colleague
  • Research potential marketing activities to ensure alignment with key targeting strategies
  • Assist in the execution of customer marketing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers and drive a positive customer experience
  • Support in the execution of marketing initiatives with partners in order to develop and execute joint demand generation programs
  • Liaise with external vendors in order to support the execution of external demand generation programs



  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field, mandatory
  • Able to conduct market research projects independently, knowledge of market strategy and analytics
  • An interest in data and software will be advantageous.
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • International experience an advantage
  • Self-starting, high energy, go-getter with a positive work ethic.
  • Experience with MS Office applications and awareness of CRM, marketing automation and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills in a virtual set-up.
  • Action oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to prioritize and effectively manage a broad variety of initiatives.
  • Cultural awareness, work with diverse team and ability to accommodate different time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
