THE ROLE

We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team delivering data projects for clients around the world. As a Data Quality Consultant at Syniti, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders on projects of varying size and complexity, supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of both technology and business solutions.

Your responsibilities will include conducting requirements and data analysis, developing reports, assisting with solution customization, and supporting Data Quality activities. These may involve writing SQL queries, executing profiling and cleansing tasks, creating mapping tables and workflows, and configuring dashboards and relevancy rules to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients.

This is a remote position, open to qualified candidates located within the listed country.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After completing an initial training period, a Data Quality Consultant will be expected to:

• Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across industries
• Collaborate within project teams to support delivery
• Conduct requirements gathering and data analysis; generate reports
• Assist in solution configuration and customization

Support Data Quality activities, including:

• Writing basic SQL queries (joins, CASE logic, subqueries)
• Understanding normalized data models
• Documenting workflows and process diagrams
• Running and interpreting metadata scans
• Executing profiling, cleansing, and harmonization tasks
• Creating mapping tables, match logic, and standardization routines
• Registering reports and assigning them to Groups/Objects
• Configuring relevancy rules and dashboard

WHAT IT TAKES

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational SQL skills (joins, CASE logic, subqueries).
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data models.
• Strong communication skills with clients and teams.
• Self-starter, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements up to 100%.
