The main responsibility of a Finance Business Partner is to support the Finance Manager with business accounting activities. This includes cash and liquidity management including forecasting, month end reporting activities, balance sheet reconciliations and credit control management.

They also assist with basic administration tasks and should be on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or providers. They will be expected to help document and maintain the business’ finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.

  • Weekly cash flow forecast

  • Expense Management
  • Monthly accruals
  • Debt reporting
  • Banks reconciliation
  • Month end responsibilities
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Management Reporting




  • Finance degree holder with 4 to 5 years’ experience within a Finance team
  • Responds well to change and challenges
  • An effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel experience preferred PowerPoint skills a plus
  • Solid oral and written communication skills are essential
