The ROLE

We are looking for a competent, organised individual who enjoys working with customers, for support of both its cloud service and packaged software and to assist our Sales team with prospect opportunities. Good communication skills and positive attitude are essential.

[ This role has been designated as a remote position allowing qualified talent throughout the listed country to be considered for the opportunity. ]

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Consultancy and pre-sales work using our Syniti Match Desktop product; developing bespoke data matching solutions for customer data cleansing requirements.
• Accurate Logging and dealing with support tickets and emails.
• Answering standard inquiries.
• Passing other inquiries to second level support and monitoring progress.
• Following up to ensure resolution achieved.
• Using matching software to run ad hoc bureau jobs for customers.

WHAT IT TAKES

• IT Related degree
• SQL Server experience a bonus along with the ability to write simple SQL scripts and create SSIS packages.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and with the written word.
• Self-starter with proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
