The ROLE
As part of the AMS People Ops team, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for designing and delivering HR strategies and solutions that directly support our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
Entrusted as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, this role will focus on stabilizing and scaling high-performing teams, aligning talent strategies to business priorities, and ensuring seamless integration with Delivery through close collaboration with Delivery HRBPs.
The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our GTM organization has the talent, structure, and engagement needed to meet ambitious growth targets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership in developing and executing people strategies that enable business growth.
- Partner with Delivery HRBPs to align workforce planning and execution across Sales commitments and Services readiness, supporting smooth operations.
- Support the success of the 2-in-a-box model by ensuring consistent HR partnership and alignment across GTM and Delivery.
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Lead performance management processes for GTM, ensuring a focus on accountability, coaching, and development.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives by executing surveys, facilitating feedback sessions, and leading action planning.
- Provide leadership and guidance on recognition, rewards, and retention strategies to strengthen morale and minimize attrition.
Talent Development & Workforce Planning
- Partner with GTM leaders to identify talent needs, assess talent strength, and create succession pipelines.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies meet GTM growth goals and align with customer market needs.
- Drive professional development initiatives and support leadership effectiveness across GTM teams.
Employee Relations & Policy Guidance
- Advise GTM leaders and managers on employee relations matters, company policies, and compliance with U.S. labor laws.
- Manage and resolve employee relations cases with sound judgment and discretion.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to turnover, compliance, or organizational alignment.
Collaboration & HR Leadership
- Contribute to the AMS People Ops team by sharing insights, best practices, and building scalable HR solutions.
- Use data and analytics to generate insights on workforce trends, inform decisions, and track HR program effectiveness.
- Stay current on HR trends, employment law, and best practices to deliver relevant, practical guidance.
WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years directly as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting GTM or customer-facing organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors a plus).
