THE ROLE

The Cloud Program Manager will coordinate planning, delivery, and cross-functional execution of key initiatives within Syniti’s cloud transformation strategy. These initiatives include regional expansion, FedRAMP/IL4/CMMC alignment, SaaS migration to Azure, and support for regulated deployments on SAP BTP and on-prem virtual appliances.

The role partners with engineering, operations, security, compliance, and product stakeholders to ensure successful milestone delivery, dependency management, and executive reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage execution of cloud operations initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and blockers across technical teams.
• Lead standups, driving accountability in related project work
• Coordinate compliance-aligned deliverables in support of FedRAMP and IL4 programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and escalation management.
• Report program status to senior leadership with clarity and actionable insights.
• Maintain standardized tracking and communication artifacts.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills in regulated environments.
•  Strong communication, conflict resolution, and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Skilled scrum master with expertise in driving accountability
• Comfortable managing delivery across technical and compliance-oriented initiatives.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience managing cloud or infrastructure initiatives in SaaS environments.
• Exposure to regulated cloud programs (FedRAMP, IL, CMMC).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery practices.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure concepts

Certifications preferred: PMP,SAFe, CSM, or equivalent.
