The Role
The Software Engineer II has a growing understanding of our technology stack and is equipped to handle increasingly intricate tasks. While they work somewhat independently, they occasionally seek guidance from senior members. Their contributions extend beyond coding, as they actively collaborate with the team and offer basic improvement suggestions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Write and maintain complex code with efficiency and reliability
- Engage in debugging and fixing software issues
- Collaborate with the team on software architecture, design, and implementation
- Provide basic suggestions to improve processes and products
- Begin to mentor and share knowledge with less experienced team members
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in Go or C#, AWS, React, and Typescript/JS · Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, or graph database technologies
- Good understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices
- Growing independence in task execution with occasional need for guidance
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills
