The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing for a specified market in Syniti’s EMEA region. This role is accountable for supporting aggressive revenue growth and customer retention targets.  Working with other global and regional leads you will collaborate among regional marketing teams to develop and execute omni-channel demand, create pipeline, manage pipeline conversion and enable sales success.

Leveraging a diverse team that includes field, channel and digital marketers you will execute integrated marketing activities to drive thought leadership, demand generation for direct sales and channel, as well as customer engagement, retention and add-on revenue.




  • Leverage your existing knowledge of the enterprise software and services industry to understand market opportunity, trends and competition, drive marketing innovation and identify emerging opportunities to ensure market share gains for Syniti.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation and funnel acceleration strategies to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, drive a positive customer experience and identify net new opportunities.
  • Be hands-on in executing regional initiatives including market expansion, campaign and product launch support across all routes to market.
  • Forecast and adhere to marketing budgets to achieve pipeline objectives including the tracking, monitoring and reporting of marketing spend, relative to sales and marketing funnel performance.
  • Articulate the plan, the big picture and execution details to stakeholders.
  • Be hands-on with regular marketing performance reviews including tracking, analyzing, monitoring and communicating success and delivering ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Evaluate, select and recommend outside vendors that participate in the development and execution of demand creation programs.
  • Work cross functionally to identify, target and execute events and programs such as industry conferences, seminars, and webinars.
  • Perform marketing communications in close coordination with the global corporate communications team.



  • BS in Marketing or related field. Software and Services experience will have an advantage.
  • Progressive leader with 6+ years of comprehensive marketing experience in field marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing process and execution model, as well as building and managing a multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Self- starting, high energy, go-getter with an outstanding track record of leadership, strategy, successful execution and consistent delivery.
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot or a similar tool), and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills in a virtual set-up.
  • Action oriented and independent with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to prioritize and effectively manage a broad variety of initiatives.
  • Cultural awareness, work with diverse team and ability to accommodate different time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
