The ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and the opportunity to develop practical skills in digital marketing, content creation, and multimedia production. The role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to departmental output while building a portfolio of impactful work.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Main Creative Responsibilities
    • Create and edit multimedia content for various platforms using provided equipment and software.
    • Assist in planning shoots, including storyboarding, shot lists, and equipment setup.
  • Video Editing & Asset Creation
    • Support on-set production by operating cameras, managing lighting/audio, and coordinating logistics.
    • Edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms (social media, web, internal use).
    • Create engaging visuals, transitions, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Handle post-production tasks such as editing footage, color correction, sound design, and exporting final assets.
  • Content Organization & Management
    • Organize and maintain digital media assets, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.
    • Ensure version control and proper archiving for easy retrieval and reuse.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual stories.
    • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and provide input on visual direction.
  • Platform Optimization
    • Adapt content formats and styles for platform-specific requirements (e.g., vertical for TikTok, widescreen for YouTube).
    • Stay updated on trends in video content and recommend innovative approaches.

Success Metrics

  • Timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated growth in relevant marketing and technical skills.
  • Constructive feedback from intern and program evaluation.
  • Positive impact on departmental output and efficiency.

 

WHAT IT TAKES

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a related college program (Marketing, Communications, Media, etc.)
  • Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and multimedia production.
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms and editing software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
