The ROLE

The Partner Marketing Manager will lead strategic co-marketing initiatives with SAP and other key partners to drive joint pipeline growth and strengthen Syniti’s market position. This role will manage partner relationships, oversee MDF/BDF funding and reimbursements, and collaborate with field marketing teams to select events, sponsorships, and measure ROI. The manager will also create and adapt partner-focused collateral and identify innovative ways to generate demand through joint programs. Success requires strong knowledge of SAP’s ecosystem, excellent relationship management, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Develop clear and crisp positioning, joint messaging, and content that will drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Enable sales, customer success and partners by co-creating training, content, and tools to help market-facing personnel better understand and address buyer wants and needs
  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs with SAP and other strategic partners.
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and Business Development Funds (BDF), including reimbursement processes and compliance with SAP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with field marketing teams to determine event sponsorships, manage budgets, and measure ROI.
  • Create and adapt partner-focused collateral (presentations, case studies, campaign assets) for joint initiatives.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns, webinars, and digital programs to drive pipeline.
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, including ROI and attribution.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive demand and pipeline through partner-led initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with partner branding and funding requirements.

 

WHAT IT TAKES

 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or alliance marketing, preferably in tech or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP’s ecosystem and partner programs.
  • Proven ability to manage MDF/BDF funding and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral and managing co-branded campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.

Syniti discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Syniti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for this role is $104,000 - $127,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
