Role Description: 

As a Technical Program Manager at Syniti, you will spearhead the management and execution of our technical strategy for projects on the Syniti Knowledge Platform. These projects are at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise data management and digital transformation for Fortune 2000 companies. 


We are seeking a unique blend of talents for this role: 

  • Experience in software development management.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Understanding business opportunity, defining requirements, building roadmaps, and executing on business plans.

  • Looking ahead, anticipating problems, manage escalations, identifying and making tradeoffs; understanding dependencies between concurrent projects and working ahead of time to prevent downstream problems.

  • Enable smooth adoption of products and programs by encouraging, educating, and evangelizing the products and solutions we are building.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in software engineering.

  • Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules. 



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering fields.

  • Robust leadership capabilities.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly to all company levels.
