Syniti is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced marketing manager to lead field marketing strategy and activities for its Americas (AMS) region. The candidate should have dedicated experience leading marketing programs, including sponsorships, webinars and face to face events, as well as adapting global strategies to fit the needs of the AMS market. You should have dedicated experience in setting and implementing account-based marketing strategies, the ability to work with global colleagues and proven skills in partnering with sales teams to meet and exceed pipeline goals. The best candidate for this position should love marketing and be energetic and constantly curious about the latest trends and strategies you can employ to drive results.

The individual will report to the VP of Marketing, with a dotted line to the SVP, Managing Director of Americas.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the marketing lead for Syniti’s AMS region, which includes the United States and Canada.
  • Be laser focused on our target audiences and partner with sales to identify the key accouts for us to win and grow.
  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities account-focused marketing execution.
  • Managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services.
  • Establish KPIs and other metrics to determine ROI of marketing investments and expected pipeline from activities; define event goals and metrics including lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and acceleration.
  • Monitor event metrics, conduct post-event evaluations, analyze and report on results and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Assess potential sponsorship or partnership opportunities at events and conferences; Plan locations, materials, staff and other resources for field marketing events; be able to be onsite as the marketing lead for all in-person events in region (as necessary).
  • Work as part of a global marketing organization (PR, product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing) but adept at adapting global campaigns and content to the AMS region, and supplementing global programs with in-region activities to drive demand.
  • Manage your own marketing budget, ensuring all events and marketing campaigns are delivered successfully, on time and within budget.
  • Continuously bring new, revenue-driving ideas to the table.

 

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • ~10 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in developing and executing ABM strategies, specifically showing how you’ve partnered with sales to generate pipeline through marketing activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to speak confidently and hold your own with the sales team.
  • The desire to work alongside the sales organization as their key marketing partner, comfort working in a global organization and the ability to travel ~25% of the time.
  • Clear examples of marketing strategies and tactics you’ve used to generate demand and the ability to articulately the why and “so what” of experiences and activities.
  • Strong event management experience, both small and large; and the ability to take global content and creative and adjust to regional experiences.
  • Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
