The Role
We are seeking a senior, enterprise-focused Product Manager to lead the evolution of Syniti SKP Migrate, our enterprise-scale data migration platform purpose-built for complex ERP transformations. This role is central to enabling high-volume, repeatable, and auditable migrations from legacy and Tier‑1 ERP systems into modern platforms, with a strong emphasis on SAP‑led transformation programs.
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vision through execution—ensuring tight integration across migration, data quality, validation, reconciliation, and cutover. This role demands someone who has lived inside large-scale migration programs and understands the real-world challenges of global ERP transformations.
The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience with enterprise migration tooling such as Syniti ADM, ADMM, Concento, SAP Data Services, or comparable platforms, and has worked extensively with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, JD Edwards, Oracle ERP, or similar systems. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex migration realities into scalable product capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision and roadmap for SKP Migrate, aligning investments to enterprise migration programs and SAP-led transformations. Prioritize capabilities that enable large-scale, repeatable, and compliant data migrations while incorporating feedback from customers, partners, and field teams.
- Enterprise Migration Enablement: Design and evolve migration workflows that support complex source landscapes, high data volumes, and multi-wave migration programs. Drive consistency and reuse by defining migration patterns, templates, and accelerators that improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Tooling & Platform Integration: Apply deep hands-on experience with Syniti migration tools and complementary platforms to ensure seamless integration across ERP systems, analytics platforms, and data ecosystems. Incorporate best practices learned from ETL and data integration technologies such as Talend or Informatica.
- End-to-End Lifecycle Integration: Ensure strong integration between data migration, data quality, validation, reconciliation, and cutover processes. Leverage insights from execution to improve auditability, reduce risk, and increase predictability across transformation programs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements, delivery milestones, and technical tradeoffs. Collaborate with Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Pre‑Sales to support real-world delivery models and customer-ready product narratives.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Engage directly with enterprise customers and system integrators to validate roadmap direction and product-market fit. Represent SKP Migrate in roadmap reviews, executive briefings, and partner forums while ensuring global delivery and compliance requirements are met.
What It Takes
- Bring 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise data migration or ERP transformation programs, ideally within SAP or other Tier‑1 ERP ecosystems like JD Edwards or Oracle ERP.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Syniti ADM, ADMM, Concento, SAP Data Services, or equivalent enterprise migration platforms. Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica is highly desirable.
- Exhibit the ability to translate complex migration concepts—mappings, transformations, validation, reconciliation, and cutover—into clear, scalable product requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments without direct management responsibility. Comfortable influencing engineers, consultants, partners, and executives alike.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and product strategy to diverse audiences across the organization and ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
