The ROLE

We are seeking an experienced individual to engage with SAP as our Strategic Partner. In this role, you will be expected to lead the SAP partnership in EMEA, focused on generating and supporting new Software business via the SAP SOLEX program as well as Professional Services via the strategic collaboration with SAP Services. The primary focus is to promote the company’ s CLOUD portfolio in SAP transformation programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Partner Management - Critical skill sets and experience include understanding of enterprise software sales, ability to create lasting and trusting relationships internally and externally, executing in a force multiplier capacity, and establishing a positive and collaborative team environment. This requires managing relations on a multi-level scale, from senior executives to sales managers. Ensure consistent reporting to Syniti’ s Senior Management team
  • Business Planning – Responsibility includes developing suitable strategy, messaging, and positioning to support respective business and pipeline objectives in close cooperation with SAP, customers, and internal stakeholders. Own the development and delivery of comprehensive business plans to address SAP go-to-market channels (SOLEX, SAP Services, S/4 HANA MOVE, Industry, etc.) and support focused engagements like account planning, opportunity management, etc.
  • Business Development - Develop and execute business development programs to drive software and services pipeline through SAP. Orchestrate the activities and resources needed by Syniti to support relevant marketing initiatives and events driven together with SAP across EMEA.
  • Partner Enablement – Work with internal Syniti departments (Product, Value Engineering & Marketing) to ensure SAP Virtual Account Teams (VATs) are adequately enabled on Syniti’ s portfolio messaging and value proposition.
  • Opportunities Support – Be the executive sponsor on key SAP opportunities

 

WHAT IT TAKES

 

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software and/or services organizations
  • Demonstrable track record in sales, business development and/or partner management roles
  • Preferred working experience in the SAP arena proven either as:
    • having worked at SAP or
    • having worked at SAP Partners (GSSPs, Solution Extension Partners, etc.)
  • Acts as expert and is recognized as thought leader and evangelist in the SAP market
  • Relationship driven with strong interpersonal & communication skills, executive presence and ability to build credibility with partner executives
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude, being self-driven and motivated
  • Understanding and experience in Data Management enterprise solutions is desired
