The ROLE

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for Global Corporate Functions, will report to the Chief People Officer, and

work as a member of the Global HR leadership team to develop and execute change programs that champion

organizational and people effectiveness. An ability to think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep

into practical application is key to success in this role. The person in this role must understand business priorities and

translate them into an HR Talent agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly in a fast pace environment. As a

liaison between our people and the business, the key areas for success are Thought Leadership, Talent Management,

Talent Acquisition and Change Management.

Preferred Location - Boston Area or remote US

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Be a strategic and trusted HR Business Partner and advisor to our Global Corporate Function Leaders and provide counsel and support to our people on all HR matters

  • Consult and advise leaders on talent management strategies including talent acquisition and compensation strategies, creating compelling diversity & inclusion agenda; succession planning; key talent career development combined with skill / competency gap assessments; robust internal engagement and retention plans

  • Lead Employee Experience for the Corporate Function teams you support – you are the “Chief People Officer”

  • Work on strategic problems from critical organizational design and people issues, to identifying and developing

    leadership talent, to culture and change management, to successful on-boarding and career path management

  • Design talent processes and solutions that scale and adapt to a rapidly evolving talent needs, including merger

    integrations

  • Oversee full compliance of the performance management process for employees, providing counsel to

    management on how to effectively link business strategy to goal setting and provide timely, meaningful feedback

    during the annual goal setting, check-ins and the annual review process

  • Stay informed and current on policies and procedures and any related changes and applies these to employees;

    collaborate with HR peers to creatively solve for employee concerns

  • Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences

WHAT IT TAKES

  • 10+ years of progressive relevant HR and/or comparable experience in the areas of talent management and development, retention management, company culture development

  • Experience working as a key stakeholder in M&A activities

  • Ability to drive change as well as think strategically and operationally

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, preferably Success Factors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field, preferably a Masters’ degree in a related field, or PHR/SPHR certification

  • A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Understand our business and how our people will help us accelerate growth

  • Experience creating and building diverse talent and/or leadership development and rotational programs

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in Global team environment across cultures and time zones

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High quality document preparation and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, as well as an active member of both business and HR

    teams

  • Ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment along with a willingness to always be learning
