The ROLE
The ABM/Demand Generation Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize account-based marketing and demand generation programs to accelerate pipeline growth. This role requires deep expertise in 6sense (or similar marketing tools) for intent-based targeting and reporting, as well as proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC) for campaign tracking and performance analysis. The specialist will manage external ABM agency to execute programmatic and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy and KPIs. They will own reporting and insights across platforms to measure ROI and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. The role will report to the head of global demand gen/AMS marketing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns targeting priority accounts.
- Manage and coordinate with an agency in the Philippines for programmatic and digital execution.
- Use 6sense to identify intent signals, segment audiences, and optimize targeting.
- Build and maintain campaign workflows in HubSpot and ensure accurate attribution in SFDC.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholder
- Create detailed account plans and reviews to show progression of deals with key accounts.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
WHAT IT TAKES
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM marketing.
- Hands-on experience with 6sense (or similar), HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage external agencies and deliver results on time and budget.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams
