SUMMARY

The Senior IT Kimble/Kantata Administrator is responsible for being a strategic partner to the Delivery and Finance department in driving a Best Practice business process of timesheets, billing, project management and resource management across the global organization.  You will provide hands-on leadership, solutioning and support for developing and implementing digital strategies and will provide oversight for the systems and applications in area of responsibility, ensuring delivery of streamlined, effective, agile, and integrated technology solutions that support those best practices. You will be able to deliver insights and strategies using Data as your primary driver.  You will be an active participant in determining priorities for the organizations.  You will be able to lead a project or participate as an SME as appropriate across a breadth of project and change controls. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a trusted partner to peers, developing and driving the function’s digital technology strategy to achieve strategic and operational goals in a customer-focused manner, to build consistent experiences for our employees including scaling digital solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders in developing the technology portfolio (roadmap), including design, architecture, implementation, security, and compliance of systems and applications in area of responsibility
  • Create Project Charters, strategy documents, requirement documents, user stories, testing plans, training plans, etc. to manage continual improvement processes and projects as they are prioritized and track progress across time, budget and milestones. 
  • Collaborate effectively with other groups and leaders across and throughout the organizational landscape
  • Be a thought leader on best practices in area of responsibility
  • Lead solution architecture including application integration and security
  • Responsible for vendor management, including product and vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and consulting management
  • Work cross-functionally to affect improvements to the experience by designing and implementing processes, solutions, and metrics that enhance the overall business workflows within the organizations
  • Develop and transform business requirements into technical requirements in an agile manner
  • Assist with adoption and usage of experience and systems changes and/or new launches across area of expertise (i.e., organizational change management efforts)
  • Ensure internal tools are simple and effective that encourage adoption
  • Configure systems under responsibility to meet business requirements 
  • Manage access to systems under responsibility ensuring appropriate access for users
  • Lead and influence with industry best practices and proven methodologies for experiences, end-to-end process improvement, scalability, and automation to support company growth
  • Analyze and report metrics on systems activities in support of strategic decision-making initiatives and for ongoing measurement and continual improvement
  • Plan and manage upgrades for systems in area of responsibilities at regular cadences
  • Create and/or assist in developing and managing the execution and documentation of business workflow processes
  • Maintain knowledge of advancements in best practices, technologies, and tools in area of responsibility

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA degree
  • Experience utilizing SaaS technology
  • Experience leading and motivating diverse, cross-functional teams and establishing an agile, product-centric operating model
  • Able to communicate in a visual manner
  • Experience leading digital, data, analytics, and/or technology organizations in Professional Services Automation digital stacks
  • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders. Demonstrated executive presence and communication skills with an ability to influence for greater outcomes
  • Highly motivated, decisive, and results-oriented individual with the flexibility and creativity to excel in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Knowledge of Project Managent, Resource Management, Timesheets and Financial principles
  • Big picture thought leader with ability to dive deep, working individually, within multi-disciplinary teams, as well as with external partners and vendors
  • Experience with Change Control, incident response, and release management
  • Experience handling sensitive, confidential information

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years in PSA systems with preferred experience in Kantata/Kimble Systems
  • 3+ years Salesforce administration
  • Knowledge of contemporary digitalization approaches
  • Proven success in organizational change management
  • Proven success in continual improvement
  • 3+ years managing others in delivering digital solutions
  • 2+ SQL query or other database interrogation/manipulation scripting languages.
