Sr. Sales Operations Systems Analyst



Role Summary

As part of the Global Revenue Operations team, the Sales Operations Systems Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of sales applications. The individual will work closely with sales users and technical teams to aid with the delivery of solutions that will enhance sales user efficiencies, user experience and sales productivity. This position will also be responsible for analysis, design, and re-engineering of business processes with a focus on Salesforce CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement new solutions & enhancements that improve sales effectiveness, owning all aspects of the project from conception to completion.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to document business requirements, use cases and functional requirements for new functionality or modifications to existing functionality and translate those requirements into design specifications.
  • Lead the creation and roll-out of salesforce updates to teams that drive revenue, including project planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Play a key role in integration activities across all sales systems by outlining requirements and timelines and working with a cross-functional team to implement the required changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization improvements and align on key requirements needed from cross-functional leaders.
  • Work directly with sales, sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback for technology improvements and to drive adoption.
  • Develop documentation and lead training sessions to increase adoption and effective use of tools.
  • Improve operational efficiencies through a combination of process, technology, and automation.
  • Champion our Sales Team and work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT, in driving scalability and efficiency into our sales processes.
  • Actively participate in roadmap identification and prioritization with Business and IT.
  • Actively participate in evaluations, testing, and training of all technologies serving our Sales teams.
  • Own vendor management responsibilities, including contract negotiation/reviews and procurement & compliance needs.


  • 5 years of relevant work experience solving technical business problems.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management or equivalent experience
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience with common Sales and Marketing technologies used in B2B sales environments.
  • Understanding of core business Sales and Marketing processes.
  • Ability to complete assignments independently with little supervision; ability to anticipate and manage unexpected situations
