The ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Partner provides full lifecycle recruiting support across various business units, with a focus on Delivery and Go to Market. They act as a strategic advisor, responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that enable the business to achieve its revenue goals.
The role involves building long-term talent pipelines, advising on sourcing strategy and employer branding, and shaping the business unit’s talent attraction strategy.
As a trusted partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs, provide market insights, and design recruitment approaches that attract top-performing talent. You will also ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reinforces our employer brand and differentiates us in the talent marketplace.
As a spokesperson for the company, you will play an important role in establishing and maintaining a level of candidate experience that contributes to the larger goal of establishing our employer brand globally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with business leaders in Delivery and GTM to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives, workforce plans, and growth priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring strategy, talent availability, organizational and market conditions.
- Conduct intake and calibration discussions to define role requirements, success profiles, assessment methodologies, and attraction strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialist roles across assigned business areas.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels, including talent mapping, networking, referrals, market research, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent to support current and future business needs.
- Assess candidates through structured interviews and evaluation methodologies to ensure alignment with required skills, competencies, experience, and organizational culture.
- Act as an ambassador for the organization's employer brand, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates and industry talent communities.
- Report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness, diversity outcomes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with all applicable employment, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Participate in regional and global talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
WHAT IT TAKES
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technology company; prior experience in a consultative TA Partner or equivalent role preferred.
- Proven track record of hiring top-performing professionals in competitive talent markets.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align recruiting strategies with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build consultative relationships with senior business leaders.
- Experience with workforce planning and data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Strong market knowledge of talent landscapes, trends, and competitor activity.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
