THE ROLE

Syniti, part of Capgemini is looking for a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to join our Education Services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering educational programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective delivery of training services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of educational programs and training sessions.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, learners, and other stakeholders. Provide timely and effective communication regarding program details and updates.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary materials, resources, and equipment are available and prepared for training sessions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of program attendance, learner progress, and feedback. Generate reports to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to the Education Services team, including managing training calendars, organizing customer and partner meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs and services. Implement improvements based on feedback, best practices, and efficiencies.
  • SOP Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training coordination processes and administrative workflows. Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing educational events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Education Services Leadership, Trainers, Lab System Architects, Curriculum Developers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs.

 

WHAT IT TAKES

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably in the education or software and services industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs or process documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with educational program management and coordination.
