As a Data Quality Consultant, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our clients’ data in top shape. You’ll help monitor, validate, and improve the quality of data across a range of clients using cutting edge tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Using our unique Syniti data quality platform, connect to client systems, map their data landscape and profile their datasets.
  • Work with our clients to define data rules and standards, define KPIs and then build data quality reports/dashboards to highlight their data issues.
  • Work with them to understand the causes of their data issues and suggest improvements.
  • Use AI tools to streamline the future data collection and analysis processes.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice by improving our standard methodologies and processes.

 

 

WHAT IT TAKES

  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and/or data analysis tools - e.g., Excel, SQL, etc. (but training will be given to get you to the right level in what you need).

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.

  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly data sets for customers, vendors and materials would be a plus. 
  • Experience with data quality and profiling tools (e.g. SAP Information Steward, Talend, Informatica Data Quality, Collibra Data Quality, Trillium, Ataccama, etc.) ideal but not mandatory.
  • Previous data migration experience would be a plus.
  • Previous consultancy or client-facing experience.

 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data issues into business-friendly language.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks at once.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a data-focused career.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data, IT, business, or related fields.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused consultancy environment.
