THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated Emirati talent with a passion for technology and problem-solving. In this role, you will support data and digital transformation projects for global clients, working closely with consultants and technical teams. You don’t need to be a data expert already - if you have a solid foundation in IT or tech and a willingness to learn, we will teach you the rest.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Learn how data is structured and used across different business systems.
• Support consultants in preparing, transforming, and validating data for client projects.
• Work with our platform to build and test data objects with guidance from senior consultants.
• Help run data loads and troubleshoot issues during project phases.
• Create clear documentation and keep the team updated on progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure accurate, high-quality project delivery.

WHAT IT TAKES

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge in any of the following: data, databases, IT systems, ERP, or software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in learning data migration, data quality, and digital transformation tools.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients and internal teams.
• Motivation to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Availability to travel occasionally depending on project needs.
